The results of the Trust Training® protocols are continuously monitored and evaluated to provide quality feedback to the athlete. This program provides the athlete the tools to self-regulate emotions and manage thoughts properly, such that the athlete is able to create a level of trust which is required to execute the sport specific skills to his or her optimal potential.

The proprietary Routine Training programs are designed to develop quality routines wherein athletes master their thoughts and emotions such that they execute their specific sport skills consistently to their optimal potential. The implemented methodology and easy to use technology for the routine training program allow the athlete to train mental skills in a well-structured program anywhere in the world, under the continuous supervision at distance by the HPI experts.
