Routine Training

HPI offers specialized Routine Training protocols which are grounded in the principles of the HP Model. The Routine Training programs are supported by a systematic training methodology and measurable training results for a wide variety of sports (i.e., golf, tennis, baseball, soccer, American football).

In the development of the optimal HP Model for athletes during the Routine Training program, objective training measures on sport specific routine behaviors, thoughts and emotions, and performance outcomes are consistently assessed by HPI.

The proprietary Routine Training programs are designed to develop quality routines wherein athletes master their thoughts and emotions such that they execute their specific sport skills consistently to their optimal potential.

The methodology and easy to use technology of the Routine Training program allow the athlete to train mental skills in a well-structured program anywhere in the world, under the continuous supervision at distance by HPI experts.
